    Responsibilities include:


    Coordination of Private Equity reporting (Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements for joint ventures).Managing the Private Equity reporting team (2 accountants)Coordination of the financial statement external annual audits.

    Monthly and quarterly accounting responsibilities related to the joint ventures.
