Description

Position: Senior Business Analyst Trainer

Company: Join our team as a Senior BA Trainer responsible for maintaining business process flow diagrams, developing training material, and delivering training for staff. This position requires being on site 4 days a week.

Responsibilities:

Business analysis and process mapping
Maintaining comprehensive business process flow diagrams to document and visualize workflows
Developing training material for staff in collaboration with Product Owners
Identifying channels to deliver training including videos, tipsheets, and more
Organizational change management
Creating training materials like user guides and videos
Maintaining knowledge base portals such as Confluence, Azure DevOps, and SharePoint
Conducting hands-on end-user training on Dynamics 365

Salary Range: $89,488.00 to $95,880.00

Qualifications:

11-15 years of experience as a business analyst
11-15 years of experience in requirements gathering and documentation
Proficient in MS Office suites
Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Proven experience in developing business process flow diagrams and user stories
Hands-on training experience on Dynamics 365
Experience in developing training materials for user onboarding and ongoing support
Knowledge of Business Process and workflow/data flow design
Experience with Knowledgebase portals
Experience in Child Welfare Agency
