Job summary
We are seeking a Neurodiagnostic Technologist I to join our team at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. The successful candidate will perform EEGs, ambulatory/VAMB studies and LTM magneto electroencephalography studies for the hospital.In this entry level position you will learn how to: performs routine EEGs using paste and obtains the highest quality data,
Learns EEG monitoring (one to two months),
Performs EEG monitoring independently (after orientation),
Gives instructions to families,
Gathers patient information:, History and assessment,
Prepares patient and family for study,
Transcribes information to record,
Documents data in Epic.,
- Learns how to send data to server if off network when recording ,
- Maintains a flexible schedule at all times. ,
