    the job:

    The Senior Supply Planner will be responsible for the full production of your product portfolio and assigned vendors from PO placement through XFTY, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods to meet customer demand by analyzing unconstrained demand and inventory, by defining deadlines, submitting POs, ensuring on-time shipping and providing timely updates on production status.

    This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management and the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed $80,000 - $85,000location: remote.

    must be based in the US.


    what you'll do:

    Support Associate Director of Supply Planning in developing new processesContribute with the elevation of the team by coaching them and sharing know-how and expertiseManage E-comm inventory position by weekly analysis and transfersDevelop and implement effective supply plans to meet customer demand and ensure on-time delivery of goodsMonitor inventory levels and adjust plans as necessary to avoid stock-outs or overstockingWork with cross-functional teams to ensure production schedules are aligned with customer demandCollaborate with suppliers to manage lead times, delivery schedules, and capacity planningAnalyze and interpret data to make informed decisions about supply planningCommunicate regularly with Demand Planning, Sales and Customer Service teams to provide updates on delivery schedules and resolve any issuesMonitor and report on key performance metrics related to supply planning, including inventory turns, order fill rate, and on-time deliveryContinuously seek opportunities to improve supply chain processes and drive efficiencyDrive production through daily vendor communicationManage product from purchase order to X-factoryTroubleshoot/resolve all issues affecting deliverablesSubmit all purchase orders, define deadlines and ensure on time shippingResponsible for timely and clear communication on updates related to production status and timingMaintain production tracker and SAP with item/order/delivery changes or updatesNew product set up and maintenance including (but not limited to) cost logs, BOMs, production files, product specs and artworkReconcile and resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with AP teamEvaluate and communicate high risk potential and issuesBuild strong vendor relationships and track performance to ensure standards are metmust haves: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

    A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supply planning role.
    Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
