- Ensure that the facility and all employees are in compliance with all State and Federal regulations
- Follow and support all Company Safety, GMP and HACCP policies
- Conduct safety training for new employees
- Organize annual safety training for all employees, to include Accident prevention, Protection, Emergency Evacuation, LOTO, and facility inspections
- Develop and conduct new training programs as needed
- Complete OSHA forms and reports
- Conduct incident investigations & complete Risk Assessment

The ideal EH&S Manager will lead and maintain the safety program and will work closely with the Plant Manager and all Departamental Managers to implement, monitor and audit company's ESH policies.
