Description:
Part-time custodian for evening building tasks to include conference room set-ups, kitchenette cleaning and maintenance, floor washing and vacuuming, furniture cleaning and general custodial chores.

Qualifications:

High school diploma
Minimum of one year of experience in general cleaning and minor maintenance, and a current PA drivers' license. Some knowledge of general maintenance preferred.
Must be able to climb ladders and to lift heavy objects up to 75 pounds, be knowledgeable of the proper handling of cleaning supplies; be able to use cleaning equipment and hand tools; be highly organized; possess good communication skills; be highly confidential at all times; act as a team player; be flexible to work on multiple tasks; pay attention to detail; be able to learn new skills and deal with constant change. Position requires a flexible work schedule.

Terms of Employment:
Part Time, Monday- Friday 4pm-8pm (20 hours per week)

Salary:
Minimum $14.12 with High School Diploma; $16.10 with an Associate's Degree
