    Job Summary and Qualifications:

    As a Float Pool Registered Nurse, your responsibilities include patient assessments, care planning, medication administration, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. You'll have the chance to work in different units based on your competencies, enhancing your skills and experience.

    • Develop and revise patient care plans
    • Collaborate with the care team and provide education to patients and families
    • Ensure safe and accurate care delivery
    • Meet licensing and certification requirements

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse
    • Preferred background in Telemetry or Cardiac Care
    • ADN or BSN degree from an accredited program
    • Current RN license in Texas and BLS certification
    • ACLS certification required
