- Pump, clean, and upkeep customer septic tanks and related parts.
- Empty the truck contents at designated disposal sites.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at disposal sites as per company standards.
- Keep a record of service times, any delays, property damage, and upload relevant photos as needed for each job.
- Complete necessary paperwork and submit it to the dispatcher at the end of each workday.
- Offer feedback on routing and customer service to Operations and Dispatch.
- Carry out all tasks safely, efficiently, and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform duties that involve sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Additionally, handle frequent lifting up to 100lbs and pushing during shifts.
- Demonstrate professional and courteous interactions with clients.
- Exhibit professional conduct, a strong work ethic, and adaptability to varying schedules.
- Must hold a valid Washington driver's license.
- Must maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
- Ability to engage with customers at each service location when required.
- Familiarity with check-in and check-out procedures.
