We are seeking a qualified 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician for our Windows division in Medford, Wisconsin.Assemble install and proactively maintain mechanical systems machinery and equipment for efficient operation Operate arc welder cutting torch hand tools and forklift Fabricate machine components for repairs improvements of mechanical devices Effectively conduct assess diagnostic tests to ensure optimum system functionality Perform general maintenance in a safe efficient manner maintain clean work area Work may consist of various shifts overtime including weekends holidays during busy production times

- Run Maintain repair all mechanical parts machinery manufacturing facility
- Troubleshoot install replace machines equipment including mechanical pneumatic hydraulic systems
- Assist Motion Control PLC MMI HMI programming troubleshooting repair Install electrical components conduit wiring motor controls starters VFD soft starts Dismantle machinery equipment locate cause malfunctioning or mechanical breakdown replace parts sock fabricate replacement parts as needed
