    We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Enablement & Operations Intern to join our high-performing sales organization. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales team by developing and implementing enablement strategies, optimizing processes, and ensuring operational excellence. You will work closely with our Sales Enablement Manager, Sales Directors, and Sales Operations Teams to drive sales productivity and success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the development and execution of sales enablement strategies, including training programs, content creation, and knowledge management
    • Support the design and implementation of sales processes, workflows, and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity
    • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and training needs, and contribute to the development of relevant training materials
    • Maintain and update sales enablement resources, such as playbooks, presentations, and other collateral
    • Collect, analyze, and report on sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide insights
    • Participate in the evaluation and implementation of sales tools and technologies to streamline operations
    • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
    • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to sales enablement and operations as assigned by the sales leadership team
    • Assist in the management and maintenance of the CRM system (e.g., data entry, workflow automation, report generation)
    • Collaborate with sales operations to optimize CRM utilization, ensure data integrity, and streamline processes
    • Support CRM user training and adoption initiatives, including documentation and resource development

    Qualifications:

    • Current enrollment or Imminent graduation in a bachelor's or master's degree program with a focus on business, finance, marketing, economics, or a related field
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Proactive approach and willingness to learn
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Proficiency in Excel Preferred
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot) a Plus
