    What we're seeking:


    As the Manager of IT Development, you will be responsible for guiding a team toward the successful management of several large portfolios - including our data strategy As a transformational servant leader, you will act as a key enabler for people, team, solution, and execution, driving alignment with Agile best practices.

    In this in-person role, you will be required to report to 1919 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX to complete your work responsibilities.


    What you'll do:


    Managing a team responsible for software delivery and execution of our data strategy that supports all business teams at Frontier, while ensuring alignment with Agile best practicesCreating a diverse, equitable, inclusive, collaborative, and supportive team environment that adapts to changes and drives team progression towards a self-actualized, high-performing, global teamEstablishing work patterns that enable teams to maintain a constant pace, growing the team to meet portfolio demand through fast and effective hiring and retention practicesEvolving the definition of roles and responsibilities to align with Agile best practices, implementation growth pathways, providing inspiration, training, coaching, mentoring, and empowerment to increase effectiveness, scalability, and throughputGuiding Frontier's transformation journey through partnerships, collaboration, and empowerment, driving solutions and execution of incremental improvements while mentoring for long-term accountability and ownershipAdvocating and empowering teams to adopt Agile practices that drive innovation and use data to make decisions that drive continuous improvements in predictability, quality, overall delivery, and customer satisfactionUnderstanding Frontier's strategic vision and customer needs to create a strategic organizational structure and perform capacity planning to meet immediate or long-term needs, identifying and communicating solution or resource risks or issues, partnering with appropriate parties to drive possible mitigations, and meeting or exceeding financial or operational targets.

    Influencing people and organizations associated with the companies' data strategy and other business portfolios that will be your direct responsibilityInfluencing other portfolios and organizations across Frontier to align with implemented Agile practices by showcasing the accomplishments and successes of ConsumersWhat we offer:

    Salary Range:
    $80,000 to $172,00020 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per yearDay one medical, dental, vision and prescription drug plan401k match of 50% on 6% of eligible compensationSame-sex spouse and domestic partner benefits coverage10 weeks of paid parental leave, 3 weeks of paid caregiver leave and up to $10k in adoption program assistanceWhat background you should have:Bachelor's degree or certifications related to software development or technical leadership in a scaled agile environment6+ years of work experience as a people manager or leader in Agile delivery roles such as Solution or Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalentPreferred telecommunications experienceSelf-motivated, flexible, enjoy working as part of a team, and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, diverse responsibilities, and deadlinesStrong analytical, communication, mathematical, and organizational skills are a mustFrontier salaries are estimated by third parties and may or may not reflect actual or total compensation.
