    Your Responsibilities as a General Manager:


    • Lead the team to achieve sales and budget targets
    • Oversee employee tasks to ensure adherence to quality and cleanliness standards
    • Provide training and ensure compliance
    • Manage costs effectively
    • Handle employee hiring and termination
    • Participate in meetings as required
    • Develop operational skills and progress within the company

    Requirements for Success:


    • 3+ years experience in restaurant or supervisory roles
    • Ability to perform all restaurant duties
    • Strong supervisory, organizational, and communication skills
