Curinos is currently looking for a Business Development Executive focused on our full suite of solutions across the balance sheet including omnichannel experience.
This dynamic individual will possess a strong track record of rapidly increasing new business pipeline from existing clients and penetrating new markets and prospects.
The Business Development Executive will be a dynamic, target driven individual, with an entrepreneurial spirit, a skilled consultative approach and passion for sales.
Someone who will take a strategic hands-on approach to converting new business opportunities into long term relationships. The individual needs to be able to assess a client's challenges and provide value-based solutions.Responsibilities
Achieving and exceeding Gross Sales Targets
Convert leads and acquiring new clients in a competitive sales environment
Cement key relationships and be the principle contact between Curinos and your assigned customer base
Develop and maintain sales strategies and manage accounts efficiently
Maintaining expertise on current trends and new developments across the banking and credit union industry
Understanding of how different size Financial Institutions approach the market and adapt approach to maximize opportunity
Create an account plan for your existing accounts and prospective territory including organizational profile, contacts by department, and white space for each contact, strategy for growth, objectives and implementation schedule
Manage and report an accurate and robust pipeline and sales forecast
Organize customer visits within a defined territory. Expectation is for you to be client facing via web, video chat or in person visits
Ability to manage the entire sales cycle, including proposal creation, with a strong understanding of closing the sale
Qualifications
At least 8 years of prior sales experience in the financial industry targeting the banking segment with an established network of senior contacts
Experience selling financial benchmarking, data insights and advisory engagements
Proven track record of New Business growth
High degree of integrity, ability to cultivate and grow long term relationships based on a level of mutual trust at all levels within a client organization
Strong collaboration skills, an ability to build win/win solutions with other colleagues in the customer supply chain
Ability to articulate complex solutions in a simple and coherent manner
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident personality, high level of enthusiasm
Ability to understand and articulate value proposition and customer ROI
Experience with Salesforce CRM desirable
Excellent negotiation, opportunity qualification and client needs' analysis skills
Commercial acumen around deal structure, licensing and terms
Strong presentation skills; both face to face and remotely
Experience in solution/consultative selling
Ability to demonstrate flexibility in adjusting to changing business priorities, processes and decisions

Compensation:
A compensation package for this role will include a competitive base salary of $75,000-$100,000 annually paired with a lucrative commission structure that is designed to reward exceptional performance.
