    ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Orthopedics for a travel nursing job in Aurora, Colorado.

    RN Position Job Notes:

    Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

    Opportunity:

    RN - Med Surg Orthopedic

    Job Details:


    • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

    • Patient ratios of 1:5 days and nights (varies between units, estimated ratios not guaranteed)

    • Float to all inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units as needed

    • Care for patients with varied medical issues both acute and chronic

    • Work with large cardiac population across 2 Tele floors and a PCU

    • Must have BLS and ACLS certifications

    • Must have minimum 2 years of strong Telemetry experience

    • Chemo certification preferred (enables scheduling on Oncology unit)

    • Use Meditech EMR system

    • Work with various types of medical equipment

    • Must demonstrate flexibility and willingness to float between units

    • Team player attitude and compassion required

    • Work in family environment where staff support each other

The facility features multiple specialized units including medical/surgical, telemetry, orthopedic, PCU, oncology, and rehabilitation services.
