    Description

    The ideal candidate for this contract will have 3-5 years of experience in supporting MACs in a corporate environment and be able to handle hardware and software troubleshooting, deployments utilizing Airwatch and JAMF/intunes. This is an onsite role and the candidate will be required to work 5 days a week in Alameda.

    Primary Skills Required:

    • 3-5 years of experience supporting MACs in a corporate environment
    • Experience with deployments utilizing Airwatch MDM system
    • Familiarity with JAMF/intunes MDM systems
    • Experience with Mac support with restricted system access

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support for Mac OS X and Windows devices in a corporate environment.
    • Assist with hardware and software troubleshooting, installations, and upgrades.
    • Deploy and maintain Mac devices using AirWatch MDM system and JAMF/intunes MDM systems.
    • Support Xerox Managed Print Services, Cisco Telephones, and mobile devices such as iPads, iPhones, and Android.
    • Install and configure software, including Microsoft Office Suite, McAfee Anti-Virus Suite, Endpoint Encryption, Encryption Recovery, ePO Dashboard, BitLocker, Symantec Management Tools, Symantec Management Agent (Altiris), SCCM, Bomgar (Remote Access), WebEx Productivity Tools, Microsoft Teams, Edge browser, Cisco AnyConnect VPN, and Zscaler Application (Cloud Proxy).
    • Support hardware deployment, including PXE Boot Imaging, Break Fix Deployment, New Hire Deployment, and PC Refresh Projects.
    • Provide Tier 1/2 support for hardware and software issues, HW Break Fix, Application Support, OS Troubleshooting, Imaging, Equipment Moves, Telephone Deployment, and Ticket Management.
    • Provide Smart Hands Support for data center rack & stack, server reboots, device console access, and hot swaps (component).
