    Description


    Lead quality engineering efforts for internal quality improvements such as the reduction of non-quality cost and improvement of RFT performance.

    Develops, improves, and manages all electrical and mechanical test procedures for the company's manufacturing operations. Ensures products comply with current regulations and promotes a culture of continuous improvement by proposing solutions.

    Creates and monitors test protocols for electrical and mechanical testing to include hipot, recording of product test data, and identification of electrical and mechanical product defects.

    Electrical controller, testing, including validation of controller programming.
    Defines, procedures or designs, and implements equipment to ensure electrical and mechanical performance of products in the field.

    Identifies, develops, and drives product improvement projects to achieve measurable improvements in qualityStudies new solution with existing systems or with new technologies/productsTests and validates solutions and creations of related documentation and training to the quality department and effected team membersPromotes a quality culture by sharing best practicesCoordinates with the quality team to insure quality control plan is followed, standard procedure records are completed, and analyzes non-conformitiesCollaborates with production and other cross-functional teams to identify new solutions to improve productIdentifies potential issues to improve quality and leads effort to determine RC/CARequirementsCollege degree in related field such as Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or other related degree and 2 or more years related experience is preferred.

    Or other college degree and 5 years related experienceMust be able to create testing processes and programs for controllers and instruments, complex electrical systems, and mechanical pressure and strength testPossess a high energy level, have ability to multi-task.

    Be team oriented. Possess discipline in processes and procedures. Able to work with minimal supervision.
