    Description

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled Animator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing high-level animation as assigned by clients and production teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the Production Staff to deliver animated sequences as required by clients.
    • Animate in various styles, including creatures, realistic humans, motion capture, vehicles, complex characters, objects, cameras, etc.
    • Clean up Mocap data and perform 3D rotomation for FX work.
    • Use Maya software for visual effects-intensive projects.
    • Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by the Animation Supervisor or Lead.

    Requirements:

    • A strong understanding of animation rigging/set-up and 3D character animation.
    • Excellent artistic skills with a full understanding of animation and composition.
    • Knowledge of post-production software and hardware.
    • Good communication and organizational skills.
    • The ability to lead a creative vision and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
