Full service engineering firm with tradition and reputation that goes back over 40 years looking to add a Transportation Engineer to their Wixom office

Responsibilities:

• Work with team to develop roadway design projects for state and local clients
  
• Manage all aspects of roadway design projects from start to finish
  
• Develop/review plans and computations to ensure design works/construction plans are accurate and high quality
  
• Responsible for all aspect of projects (cost control, staffing, and quality control)
  
• Find innovative ways to develop time saving design processes
  
• Ensure project is completed on time and within budget
  

Requirements:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program
  
• 3+ years of roadway/local roadway design experience
  
• PE License or ability to obtain within one year
  
• Pavement design and project management experience preferred
  
• Experience with design software (MicroStation/OpenRoads)
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
