Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of five (5) years working in Information Technology field with a Bachelors Degree or equivalent. A minimum three (3) years experience as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator Experience in a government setting. Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM module for managing and updating projects. Ability to organize and lead highly technical focus groups composed of primarily Infrastructure, Network Systems, and Desktop services. Demonstrates professional organization, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Analytical problem-solving abilities, proactive/positive team player, resourceful and innovative. Hands-on experience developing both technical and user-friendly communications as well as documenting technical requirements, creating job aids, and monitoring project progress usingService-Now. Proven multi-tasking skills, including ability to work effectively under pressure, handle heavy volumes and meet demanding deadlines. Ability to work onsite full time, Monday Thursday, 10-hour shifts, and a resident of Clark County.Preferred Skills: Ability to work in a Balanced Matrix environment, with tenured resources and evolving priorities. Excellent command of written and spoken English, should demonstrate fluency in both oral and writing communications. At a minimum have fundamental knowledge of: IT Projects A minimum of three (3) years of experience in local government. Ability to communicate effectively with external stakeholders as well as internal staff. Self-starter with the ability to take on tasks with minimal direction when needed. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills. Pass a stringent criminal background check (May take up to 8 weeks)
