- Minimum two years of multi-unit management experience
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record

- Basic Human Resources and accounting knowledge
- Critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
