    The Wellness Center District Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the operational, financial, and customer service aspects of our Wellness Centers. In this position, you will lead effective operations and support the growth of our team through strong leadership competencies by:

    • Directing, developing, training, and managing Wellness Center Supervisors
    • Providing oversight on operational issues across multiple locations
    • Communicating progress, offering guidance, and ensuring alignment with our brand promise
    • Managing employee retention and fostering a positive work environment
    • Collaborating with key stakeholders and ensuring compliance with organizational standards

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and manage operational and financial performance
    • Analyze sales data and set goals for productivity
    • Develop and implement strategic initiatives
    • Cultivate relationships with partners and community groups
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and professional standards
    • Maintain flexibility and willingness to travel as needed
    • Handle and interact with pets of all sizes and temperaments
    • Other duties as required

    Qualifications:

    • Industry experience
    • Minimum two years of multi-unit management experience
    • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
    • Ability to travel and work in various conditions
    • High School Diploma required, degree in Business, Management, or equivalent preferred

    Preferred Skills:

    • Knowledge of business and management principles
    • Customer service expertise
    • Basic Human Resources and accounting knowledge
    • Critical thinking and decision-making abilities
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to meet job functions safely and consistently
    • Regular attendance and ability to lift heavy objects
