    Primary Job Functions

    We are seeking a Sr. IAM Security Engineer who will be a part of our Cyber Security Team.

    This team works with the business community to secure data, systems, network resources, and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of our customers and company assets to ensure they are secure and in compliance with regulatory controls.

    To support this mission, the Cyber Security Team will,

    Develop processes, procedures, and policies required for the protection of confidential information Identify risks to the security of data and systems

    Mitigate these risks to levels acceptable to the enterprise

    Define security requirements, establish baselines and measure compliance, based on applicable laws, regulations, and best practices

    Consult with business users and departments to investigate security issues and evaluate products and processes

    We select our initial compensation target using national compensation survey data.

    Security Operations

    Evaluate security tools and capabilitiesEvaluate the current security capabilities and make recommendations a neededMonitor, identify, detect, prioritize and investigate alertsWork collaboratively across technology support teams

    Identity Access Management (IAM)

    Meet with cyber security leadership to develop the IAM strategyPreparation and documentation of run books for the IAMAdminister and maintain a PAM/IAM/Key Management environmentsIdentity Governance Administration (IGA) ConceptsProvide educational information for other team members on processes and steps to be followed

    Administration, Automation and Response

    Understanding of automation concepts along with using scripting languages:Active DirectoryAzure Active DirectoryPrivileged Access Management (PAM)Password Vaulting ManagementPowerShellPythonSingle Sign On (SSO)Multifactor Authentication (MFA)Methodology of connecting security tools and integrating disparate security systems and streamline security processesConnect tools and teams while also automating manual processes to speed, scale and strengthen security response posture

    Support Incident Response Plan (IRP)

    Meet with cyber security leadership to gain better understanding of the IRPFamiliarize process and procedures of run books for the IRPUnderstand the concepts and principles of what is needed to be done to support the IRPProvide educational information for other team members on processes and steps to be followed

    Cloud Services

    Experience managing cloud security services in AWS, Azure, GCKnowledge and understanding of Cloud Security servicesUnderstand Keys and Key Management and Security GroupsUnderstanding of Identity and Access Management principles

    Education/Qualifications


    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 7 years of work-related experience in Cyber Security, Security Engineering, Threat Intelligence and or Security MonitoringGood verbal and written communication skills.

    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    Proficient with PAM solutions and implementationProficient with PKI solutions and implementationFamiliar with Password Vaulting SolutionsFamiliarity with the concept of Least PrivilegedFamiliar with regularity controls such as SOX, GDPR, FNRA, PCIDSS, NIST & ISOFamiliar with Security Control Frameworks such as NIST and ISO
