- Perform routine and non-routine chemical and physical analyses of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectrophotometry, FTIR, and wet chemistry methods.
- Prepare and standardize reagents, solutions, and standards required for analytical testing according to established procedures.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Document and record all test results, observations, and data accurately and in compliance with GMP regulations.
- Assist in the investigation of out-of-specification (OOS) results and deviations, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Participate in method validation and verification studies to ensure analytical methods meet regulatory requirements and are fit for purpose.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance (QA), Research and Development (R&D), and Manufacturing, to support product development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents or incidents.
- Contribute to the maintenance of laboratory documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), protocols, and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of industry experience working in a GMP laboratory environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectrophotometry, and wet chemistry methods required.

Shift: 6am-6pm Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday

Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our Chemistry Department in our GMP Quality Control (QC) .
