    We're looking for an industry analyst to join our ranks. In collaboration with strategy consultants and product managers, the industry analyst will help shape decisions by capturing and synthesizing news, data, and insights about the competitive landscape and the industry. This is a unique opportunity to design and conduct research that improves services and experiences for thousands of financial advisors nationwide.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and synthesize industry trends and competitive intelligence.
  • Create reports and dashboards to deliver industry and competitive insights.
  • Conduct research and prepare reporting on technology impacting the industry.
  • Research competitor capabilities around services and product offers.
  • Identify and manage new sources of competitive and industry insights.
  • Conduct advisor interviews and analyze/synthesize qualitative data.
  • Connect data, interviews, and industry trends to facilitate next-generation advisor offers.
  • Use storytelling and data visualizations to build creative, clear, and compelling graphics and presentations.
  • Core Strengths and Skills

  • 5-7 years of research experience, with a focus on competitive intelligence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience synthesizing and presenting insights
  • Ability to independently source information about industry and technology trends
  • Demonstrated ability to identify actionable insights from research
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in financial services industry and associated technologies a plus
