+Responsibilities
- Accurately assesses communicates and documents residents' status. +
- Observes and reports any significant changes in resident behavior and health to the Resident Care Director physician family RCAs and Executive Director per state regulations. +Closely mentors guides directs directly supervises leads mentores guides directs gives direction provides guidance supervision guidance sets expectations for all aspects of job handles case management process balances service demands supports resident independence recognizes assists prevents elder abuse neglect exploitation financial other sources state regulations responds emergencies personal emergency response system knows calls backup serves safety needs best practices physical mental wellness programs operates efficiently effectively safely patient-centered compassionate approach exceeds expectations consistently delivers exceptional results strives excellence solutions innovative ideas creative approaches enhances existing processes procedures improves overall performance achieves highest standards adherence policies guidelines compliant current state license CPR certification graduate approved LPN program state requirements minimum years experience working nurse paid volunteer position highly desirable benefits including holidays meal plan training uniforms associate referral bonus physical mental health wellness programs tuition reimbursement vacation time off medical vision dental benefits eligibility may vary employment status.
