- Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and managing the movement of goods through various transportation channels
- Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
- Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to stations on the status of their shipments
