    Enterprise Account Executive

    Are you a growth-focused sales professional with a passionfor building strong customer partnerships and driving commercial success?Lionbridge is seeking a motivated Enterprise Account Executive tojoin our high-performing team. In this role, you'll own the full salescycle-identifying new opportunities, expanding wallet share within keyaccounts, and introducing innovative, tech-forward solutions that solve complexcustomer challenges.

    You'll work cross-functionally with internal teams andexternal stakeholders to educate buyers, shape solutions, and close deals. Yourexpertise and energy will be critical to supporting our growth acrosshigh-impact industries including tech, life sciences, gaming, AI, anddata-driven services.

    What You Will Do

    • Proactively engage prospective and current enterprisecustomers to understand their needs and position Lionbridge's capabilities asimpactful solutions.
    • Own a defined book of business and consistently buildpipeline through outbound prospecting and relationship expansion.
    • Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations,proposals, and pricing strategies that align with client objectives.
    • Drive upsell and cross-sell efforts by identifying newbuying centers and expansion opportunities within accounts.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams across sales,solutions, and operations to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
    • Leverage market and industry insights to refine salesapproaches and stay ahead of customer trends.
    • Provide accurate forecasts and sales reporting,contributing to strategic planning and revenue goals.
    • Represent Lionbridge as a trusted partner-always withprofessionalism, credibility, and commercial acumen.

    To Be Successful You Will Have

    • 6+ years of experience enterprise B2B sales, withconsistent quota attainment and pipeline ownership.
    • Strong prospecting abilities and the drive to engage newbuyers and uncover net-new opportunities.
    • Experience managing complex sales cycles and influencingdiverse stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with aconsultative and client-first approach.
    • A collaborative, results-driven mindset with the ability tothrive in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
    • Experience working with tools such as Salesforce and salesenablement platforms to drive productivity.
    • A high level of initiative, adaptability, and intellectualcuriosity.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attendindustry events.
