    Ensure adequate and comprehensive assessment of client needs, and develop a plan of services.

    Advocate for client and family needs and services with the court system, human service providers, health systems, and other providers and agencies as necessary.

    Develop and maintain complete, accurate case record documentation, and follow established timelines.
    Travel is required, as is attendance at all meetings and court hearings.

    Must be willing to maintain a flexible work schedule to meet the needs of clientsCase Worker RequirementsA Bachelors Degree in Social Work or related field required.

    Two years of experience with target population preferred.
    Excellent interpersonal communication skills required.
