    Who you are:
    As a Commercial Account Manager with Frost Insurance Agency, you are our insurance experience champion. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a large book of business, containing complex Commercial accounts.

    You will use your collaborative mindset, analytical skills, and desire for constant improvement to maintain and expand all assigned accounts.


    What you'll do:

    Analyze complex client policy profiles to identify for account-rounding or coverage enhancement opportunitiesAnalyze carrier quotes and coverages to determine the best options for the clientReview new and renewal policies for accuracy in rating and coverage; ensure these transactions are accurately entered in agency management system to generate billing documentationProvide policy service including changes, payments, claims and third-party communications.

    Ensure all activities and in-bound or out-bound interactions are documented in agency management systemPresent FIA products to new and existing customers by collaborating in renewal strategies, and preparing proposalsComplete exposure analysis to determine client needs and ensure that client exposure is minimizedRespond to requests to research coverage issues, policy problems, cancellation issues, reinstatement issues, billing problems, claims history and underwriting issuesMaintain current knowledge of company underwriting and rating information; follow agency standard procedures to maintain electronic files and informationWhat You'll Need Texas General Lines Agent License (Property & Casualty), or attainment within 90 days of employment3+ years of experience in the commercial insurance field Ability to retain a Book of Business in excess of $650,000Organization skills and the ability to multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office
