    Pay Range: $25 - $27/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Note: This position is open to multiple locations: Phoenix, AZ; San Antonio, TX; Plano, TX; Colorado Springs, CO; Chesapeake, VA, or Tampa, FL
    • Own and lead end-to-end business process design, implementation, testing, and optimization
    • Align processes with enterprise strategy, customer experience vision, and dependent workflows
    • Define and monitor KPIs, control limits, risks, and compliance controls
    • Drive continuous improvement using data, analytics, and emerging technologies
    • Lead business cases and requirements for process improvement initiatives
    • Ensure strong stakeholder alignment through proactive communication
    • Mentor team members and support cross-functional partners
    • Manage operational, regulatory, and compliance risks tied to owned processes

    Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

    • Must have skills: - Process Engineering, Process Improvement, Process Optimization, Contact Center, Call Center, Process Mapping, Process Modelling, Process Documentation, Claims.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (up to 10 years in lieu of degree)
    • 6 years of experience in business process execution, consulting, or process optimization
    • Strong experience with contact center technologies (required)
    • Proven use of Lean, BPM, or similar methodologies
    • Hands-on process mapping, modeling, and documentation experience
    • Experience with quality management, change management, and problem-solving tools
    • Strong data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement skills
    • Knowledge of risk management, compliance standards, and process governance.
