    Responsible for enhancing, maintaining, and fixing equipment utilized in manufacturing, production, and packaging operations. You'll troubleshoot issues, conduct repairs on production/facility equipment to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness through proactive continuous improvement methods.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support projects in production, quality, safety, and engineering by offering resource support.
    • Develop, execute, and document weekly preventative maintenance procedures.
    • Conduct daily inspections, adjustments to ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
    • Detect, resolve, and report complex equipment problems.
    • Collaborate with Maintenance Master and Production Managers to identify root causes for troubleshooting.
    • Offer training and guidance to production leads and operators.
    • Demonstrate 200% safety accountability.
    • Perform other assigned duties under immediate supervision.

    Qualifications:

    • High School diploma/GED required.
    • Associates degree or certification in a technical field preferred.
    • 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Prior experience in food manufacturing is a plus.
    • Knowledge of Safe Quality Foods (SQF), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO), and Lean Manufacturing.
    • Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
    • Understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
    • Familiarity with standard mechanical and electrical maintenance and repair practices.
    • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, fabrication, and repair of various metals.
