Customer Care Coordinator - Reading, United States - Insight Global
Description
This team member will be assisting with our clients phone line and helping to answer emails and phone calls from customers in our clients National Accounts Portfolio.
invoice copies, explanation of charges, disputing charges, and records requests for company audits.
The customer service coordinator will also have around 15-20 cases a day and a combination of 10-12 inbound/outbound calls per day.
