Job summary
The Porter is responsible for assisting in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property including corrective preventative routine and cosmetic maintenance.Responsibilities
- Community Maintenance Regular daily onsite attendance is required Responsible for cleaning trash removal and general maintenance of grounds buildings breezeways and all interior and exterior community common areas Respond to residentmanagement requests and work orders for community common areas buildings and units in a timely manner Ensure all repairs replacements necessary for grounds buildings breezeways are completed in a timely manner Inspect grounds buildings other community features daily to identify minimize correct hazardous property conditions liability concerns Assist maintain preventative maintenance program that extends life of community while minimizing future repairs.
