    Job Description:

    • Currently, we are aiding the Client in hiring Warehouse Associates in Independence, MO.
    • These Temp to Hire roles offer a great opportunity to develop your career, acquire valuable warehouse skills (like SAP warehouse management, voice picking), and potentially secure a full-time position.
    • As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities include:
    • The precise and efficient picking of customer orders to ensure accuracy in item, lot number, and quantity, meeting customer requirements.
    • Preparing orders for shipment in a customer-centric manner.
    • Ensuring meticulous checking of each carton and appropriately packing materials for shipping to guarantee the safe delivery of products to customers in line with quality standards.
    • Adhering to departmental SOPs and complying with Quality Standards & Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
