- Collaborate with Technical/Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to convert business requirements into well-structured solutions optimized for the Salesforce platform.
- Develop, test, document, and manage solutions, integrations, and data migration components of Salesforce projects using declarative or programmatic resources like triggers, workflows, validations, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
- Implement test plans to ensure high-quality deliverables through test code and unit tests.
- Adhere to coding standards and engage in code reviews during projects to ensure correct design patterns.
- U.S. Citizenship is necessary.
- Able to obtain and uphold a Government Security Clearance.
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or a Non-Computer Science Bachelor's Degree with equivalent training from Boot Camps. (Bachelor's degree can be substituted with four years of relevant experience)
- 2-3 years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, REST, APIs, SOQL, XML, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Open to learning and supporting Salesforce development and implementation across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) in an Agile environment.
- Willing to learn, collaborate with stakeholders, and work with various teams like product owners, clients, analysts, architects, and Release Managers.
- Experience with Salesforce Communities.
- Consulting Cloud certifications (e.g. Sales, Service, etc.).
- Previous exposure to team-based project delivery, particularly in agile scrum teams.
- Proficiency in managing sandbox and production environments.
- Strong knowledge of APIs like SOAP, REST, BULK, and Streaming APIs.
- Expertise in writing test classes, triggers, batch classes, and future methods.
- Hands-on experience developing enterprise software using Lightning Web Component platform.
- Demonstrated adherence to best practices.
- Experience in Software Development using Object-Oriented Programming languages such as C++ or Java.
- Experience in creating flows and automation using the Salesforce platform.
