    Overview:

    • Do you have an Associate's degree in Nursing?
    • Are you a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota?
    • We at MHealth Fairview are looking for individuals to join our team at Southdale Hospital.
    • This position is benefits eligible, 1.0FTE on the day shift.
    • This nursing role supports clinical trials within the M Health Fairview system.
    • The ideal candidate has experience as a research coordinator, participating in pharma-sponsored clinical trials for a specific patient population.
    • Responsibilities/Job Description:
    • Assist with research projects and clinical trials.
    • Recruit potential study volunteers, follow study protocols, collect and analyze data, ensuring patient safety and protocol compliance.
    • Provide direct patient care related to specific research projects or clinical trials.
    • Act as a resource to outpatient clinics and medical staff on research and trials.
    • Offer education services to patients, families, and hospital staff.
    • Participate in task forces, committees, and teams related to clinical specialty, research, and trials.
    • Qualifications:
    • Knowledge of research methods, Code of Federal regulations, ICH Guidelines for GCP's, and HIPAA regulations.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Clinical expertise in the assigned specialty area.
    • Understanding of learning principles, education theory, and ability to develop educational materials.
    • Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
    • Professional credibility.
