    Position Summary

    This role supports wellness promotion, disease prevention, and accommodations for students with disabilities while ensuring care is delivered professionally, compassionately, and cost-effectively.

    Key Responsibilities
    Supervise LPN/LVN staff
    Dispense prescribed medications and assist with physical exams for new enrollees
    Maintain accurate medical records and individual student charts
    Monitor infirmary patients and ensure follow-up care as ordered by providers
    Order, receive, and manage medical supplies and medications
    Assist with wellness initiatives, weight improvement programs, and health education
    Screen and address student health concerns, referring to the Health & Wellness Director as needed
    Ensure compliance with all DOL, PRH, CDSS, QAP, and the policies and procedures
    Participate in staff meetings, required trainings, and quality improvement efforts
    Model professionalism, teamwork, and Career Success Standards
    Qualifications
    Active, unrestricted

    Registered Nurse (RN)

    license in the state of employment
    Associate's Degree in Nursing (minimum)
    Minimum

    1 year of related nursing experience
    Current

    BLS/CPR certification
    Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
    Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
    Additional Requirements
    Valid State Driver's License
    Ability to maintain a safe, organized, and professional healthcare environment
