    De Fuego is a South American Texas Grille & Whiskey Bar. Located in the heart of Clackamas, Oregon. Our one-of-a-kind dining experience combines South American flavor and flame. We specialize in well-prepared meats, tapas, pizza, and an array of delectable salads, as well as other delicious vegetarian options. Our whiskey menu offers rare handpicked selections from around the world.

    General Description:    Responsible for the preparation and production of Restaurant Lunch/Dinner, Breakfast, Room Service, and Lounge Menu. General Kitchen prep and sanitation. This position is full time and we need a position filled for day time and night time shifts.
    Responsibilities:
    • Input on specials with Chef and Sous Chef.
    • Accurate and consistent production of all Restaurant, Lounge, Room Service, and Cabana/poolside menus in cooperation with other Line Cooks.
    • Equal talent and skill on Breakfast, Pantry, and Hot Stations on the Line and must have an excellent working knowledge of all.
    • Must work with Lunch/Dinner Cooks and all other Line Cooks to ensure constant and consistent supply of all prepped items on all stations worked.
    • Must provide what the customer wants within set guidelines and using good judgment, at all times.
    • Must promote cooperation and good relations with Restaurant Staff at all times.
    • Perform any other appropriate duties as necessary or required by the Sous Chef or Chef.
    • Adhere to uniform, appearance, behavior, and all other Hotel policies as stated in the Employee Handbook.
    • Help to maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness throughout the Kitchen.
