    Redlands Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning - Lead HVAC Installer

    Pay: $28 - $40+ an hour based on Experience

    Here's what we're looking for:

    • 5+ years' experience as a Lead Installer in the below installations
    • Fully experienced in Start to Finish Installations of: Full cut ins, Retrofits, Heat Pump, Ultra LowNox, Single Head Mini Split, Multi-Head Mini Split, VRF Systems, Duct Systems and Light Commercial equipment
    • Strong communication skills with clients and team members
    • Able to direct, train and mentor less experienced members of your team
    • Complete jobs on tight timeframes
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
    • Pass drug test and background check
    • EPA Certified Required
    • NATE Certified (preferred)
