Onsite from Day 1 (Hybrid)The role is Hybrid, the candidate will be required to go to Dallas Office for collaboration, workshops, meetings and sometimes may be asked to work in the office but can work remote other times.

Data Modeling, well-versed in any data modeling tool, Built Operation Data Store or OLTP database from scratch,good SQL Skills, Exposure to Azure DevOps, good in problem solving and design

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSMust have12+ years of experience as a data modeler, developer, data warehouse consumer and / or data related operations3+ Years of working experience or exposure to Azure, GCP or any other Cloud development and deployment practices.4+ Years of Experience with data modeling tools such as ERwin, ER/Studio, or PowerDesigner.3+ years of experience with deployments via devops CI/CD pipelines.

Graduation from a 4-year college or university with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position is preferred.

Ability to astutely operate in the organization, and being able to emphasize methodology, modeling and (Data, Process and Application) governance.

Hands-On, working knowledge of .Net, Java and SQL language, (i.e. T-SQL (Microsoft)Mid-level to expert knowledge in data integration concepts, source-to-target mapping techniques and requirements documentation for ETL team to followPreferred3+ years of people leadership skills will be a big plus4+ Mortgage and/or financial industry knowledge is strongly preferredWorking knowledge of Big Data concepts in organizing both structured and unstructured data is a big plus
