- Starting hourly rate: $32.80, with potential to reach $35.46
- Pay review after 30 days with potential for increase
- Shift differential: $1/hour for night shift
- Sign-on bonus: $2,000 (distributed as $1,000 after 90 days and $1,000 after six months)
