    Description
    The Program Director provides 24/7 mobile community outreach services to adults in crisis, including mental health, substance use, and suicidal emergencies. Will be responsible for Atlantic, Cape May, and Cumberland counties. Staff will dispatch to crises in teams of two, with a Crisis Response Specialist and a Peer Support Specialist, to provide assessment, risk assessment, safety planning, linkage to services, and follow-up care. The Program aims to provide crisis de-escalation without use of law enforcement unless necessary for consumer or team safety.

    Responsibilities:
    • Collect and interpret data regarding the progress of the program and if goals are being met.
    • Provide supervision to the Program Supervisors and manage staff.
    • Review and manage a budget and be able to evaluate and enhance efficiency and productivity of the program.
    • Ensure that the program is adhering to all Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and company guidelines and policies.
    • Expected to participate in an on-call rotation to provide remote clinical backup and supervision to the Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Teams (MCORT).

    Qualifications:
    • Must possess a clinical license (LCSW, LPC) in addition to a master's degree in a mental health related field
    • Two years postmaster's experience in a mental health setting.
    • Must have at least two years supervisory experience and previous crisis experience is preferred.

    Schedule:
    • Full time; some evening hours required
    • 24/7 coverage needed, on-call beeper provided

    Salary:
    • $85,000 annually
