    Position Summary

    We're growing our teams and business in our newly acquired manufacturing facility in Miami, Oklahoma. This former pet treats factory, bordering Kansas and Missouri–sitting just over an hour away from Tulsa, OK and Springfield, MO–was selected for its current and future pet treats production capabilities and shared commitment to quality and safety. We're bringing industry-leading knowledge and experience to this venture as we expand our in-house capabilities for dog and cat treat innovation and production. Are you up for the challenge?

    As a Maintenance Technician, you will provide regular and preventative maintenance in a safe and efficient manner to all plant equipment. You will assist the maintenance and controls departments with preventative maintenance optimization and TPM efforts while using a wide variety of different tools and equipment. You will also be responsible for reviewing and actively participating in risk assessments across the plant.

    In this position, you will enjoy competitive bi-weekly pay starting at $31.35/hr, a quarterly bonus, eligibility for overtime pay, full health benefits, 401k match, paid time off and much more.

    The current shift option for this role is an overnight shift (7pm-7:30am) on a 2-2-3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on). Must be open and available to work weekends and nights.

  • Equipment troubleshooting and repair.
  • Perform required PM checks and report all problems to supervision.
  • Obtain competency to operate all production equipment in extrusion and other areas.
  • Safely and effectively troubleshoot electrical controls circuits (replacing fuses, resetting overloads, checking for failures on equipment, etc.).
  • Building and grounds repair.
  • Utilize WMS and SAP maintenance system for work order functions.
  • Maintain record keeping and inventory of spare parts as required.
  • Develop training documents and train others.
  • Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment
  • The hourly pay rate for this position is $31.35. Please note that the pay rate provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
