We are hiring for Production Workers to build our delicious Sandwich Bros. and Odom's Tennessee Pride sandwiches. You will report to a Production Line Supervisor and join a team of about 400 associates.
**Shift: This role is** **1** **st** **Shift** **, 8:00am to 4:00pm**
**Location:** **96 Pinnacle Dr, Jackson, TN 38301**
**Hourly Rate: $19.50 an hour**

**What Impact Will You Have On** **Our Business?**
+ You will be making Odoms Tennessee Pride and Sandwich Bros.s sandwich products by hand. This would include adding meat and/or cheese within the biscuit or flatbread pocket.
+ You will help to perform product checks on Sandwich Bros. and Odom's Tennessee Pride products to ensure quality for our consumers
+ Our goal is to keep improving and developing efficient processes within our production line, you as production worker will play an active role
+ Cleanliness is important at our facilities. You will help with equipment sanitation and maintain a clean work area
+ You will follow Quality Assurance standards
+ Production workers will be trained and developed to support any position on the production line
**Do You Have What It Takes:**
+ Overtime may be needed to ensure fulfill production demand
+ This is a physical position. You will be asked to do things like, lifting boxes of up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs, using your hands in freezer environment
+ This is a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy. Safety is important to us, we provide earplugs and other personal protective equipment
