- Ensure effective pull-through of National Account access positions to regional accounts.
- Collaborate with the extended sales team to drive appropriate product utilization and meet revenue targets.
- Achieve forecasted net sales objectives through effective management of assigned accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews to provide internal stakeholders with updates on account performance.
- Gather and share external insights to guide the organization's product access strategy.
- Innovate and experiment with regional customer and market strategies to enhance brand presence.

- Ensure compliance with policy, legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum two years of experience in managed care account management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of customer and regional/national health plans.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills with a strong executive presence.
- Proven project management capabilities with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated successful negotiation skills.
- Ability to conduct strategic account planning with analytical insights.
- Advanced leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Managed Care Operations, Contracting Strategies, and Healthcare System Structures.
- PharmD, APRN, RN, or MBA preferred.
- Experience in a large or strategic account management role.
- Knowledge of contracting practices.
- Awareness of healthcare trends and policies.
- Established customer relationships in the industry.
- Product and disease knowledge in Women's Health and Biosimilars.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Extensive experience in Financial Management, Sales Management, Account Management, or Marketing.

The Position
Join our dynamic team as a Payer Account Director, where you will play a vital role in shaping successful business relationships while driving lucrative contracts and programs. Your focus will be on key Regional Commercial and Medicare Health Plan accounts, ensuring our products gain optimal formulary access and favorable coverage decisions.
In this pivotal role, you will identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions that enhance our partnerships. Collaborating closely with the National Account Director, you'll develop strategic marketing initiatives that create mutual business opportunities and tailor account-specific strategies to align with business and customer goals. You will also monitor account performance, integrating pull-through activities with Organon's Business Units and team members to maximize the utilization of Organon products.
Your leadership will be crucial in fostering an environment that prioritizes improved patient outcomes through innovative resources and solutions. You will establish strong relationships with regional customers, facilitate strategic account planning for a diverse range of products—including Women's Health, Biosimilars, Dermatology, and Established Brands—and oversee the negotiation and execution of pharmacy discount agreements and product contracts. Additionally, you will drive account performance in alignment with strategic, financial, and product access objectives.

Salary Information:
In accordance with U.S. state laws, Organon must provide a reasonable salary estimate for this role. The salary range for this position is $138,200 to $234,900 per year, determined by factors such as work location, relevant skills, education, and prior experience. The U.S. benefits include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation and holidays, caregiver/parental and medical leave, as well as health benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage, following the applicable plan terms.
