    Akkodis is seeking a Service Desk Technician for a Temp position with a client located in Louisville, KY. Ideally looking for applicants with strong customer service and some tech support back ground functions.

    Pay Range: $18-$19/hr.

    Must haves:

    • 6+ months of customer service experience working within a call center environment
    • Process-driven with an attention to detail
    • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 products and Windows 7/8/8.1/10
    • Understanding of Active Directory, remote desktop tools, and ticketing systems(nice to have)
