Are you a strong provider seeking to spend more one-on-one time with your patients and flexibility outside of the 4 walls of your clinic? Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Schedule:
Monday-Friday, Day Shift
Paid Holidays
~ Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance
~ Visit patients in the home, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities in addition to televisits providing comprehensive primary care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on patient care plans

Patient-Centered Care:
Field-based care allows providers to care for their patients in a more personalized and patient-centered manner. This can help to develop stronger relationships with patients and their families, often leading to better health outcomes.
Holistic Care:
APPs can assess the patient's living environment, family dynamics, and other factors that may impact their health and well-being.
APPs can play a key role in managing these conditions and helping patients maintain their health and independence.Preventive Care:
APPs can identify and address potential health issues before they become serious. This can help prevent hospitalizations and improve overall health outcomes.
Working in home and facility-based care can offer more flexibility in terms of scheduling and work hours. This can be particularly appealing to APPs who value work-life balance.
