- Simplify and refine finance and accounting procedures.
- Improve clarity and efficiency in financial tracking and reporting using QuickBooks.
- Guide financial planning and budget creation to allocate resources effectively.
- Boost profits by analyzing profit and loss statements to find areas for improvement.
- Provide clear financial insights to help everyone make informed decisions.
- Maintain tight control over budgets, records, and expenses for financial integrity.
- Build relationships with suppliers and secure credit through new vendor partnerships.
- Speed up cash flow with prompt invoicing to optimize revenue.
- Cultivate positive relationships with vendors and manage accounts payable efficiently.
- Ensure accurate and punctual payroll processing for employees.
- Welcome new team members by facilitating employee onboarding, including insurance enrollment and obtaining W-9s.
- Enable market expansion by promptly obtaining necessary business licenses
- Speed up project timelines by quickly securing required permits.
- Ensure clear and compliant agreements by thoroughly reviewing and completing contract templates
- You have 3+ years experience performing business accounting and data analysis with QuickBooks
- You nerd out on strategic financial planning
