We are seeking an organized and client-focused Travel Operations Coordinator to support individuals and families with planning and coordinating well-structured trips. This role is ideal for professionals located in the Lexington, Kentucky area who enjoy helping others, managing details, and working independently in a flexible home-based environment.
In this position, you will communicate directly with clients to understand their schedules, preferences, and budgets. You will research destinations, compare lodging and transportation options, and assemble clear, customized itineraries that meet each clients needs. You will coordinate reservations, verify confirmations, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure every arrangement runs smoothly.
Success in this role depends on reliability, strong organization, and consistent communication. The focus is on service and coordination rather than direct sales. You will provide assistance before and during trips, helping resolve changes or questions as they arise.
