Qualifications:

Rad certified Managers and team leaders.

If they previous Provided ACP and Lifeline services prior to the ACP freeze those companies are closed and thousands of agents are jobless now as the result of the freeze.

Excess Telecom is funding the ACP program ourselves national wide and we want the teams and managers to know there is an option available for them to keep their teams together.
