- Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions associated with manufacturing processes and product defects.
- Use statistical analysis to promote continuous improvement.
- Lead and assist in equipment changes, production set-ups, and resolving equipment malfunctions.
- Ensure quality standards are being upheld.
- Perform Risk assessments.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, operations, maintenance, and production employees as needed and communicate any adjustments accordingly.
- Assist in the management of supplier quality, managing supplier non-conformances and corrective actions.
- Execute critical quality inspections and other critical operations as required.
- Ability to make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
- Excellent planning, time management and organization skills
- Students pursuing degrees in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or Material Sciences. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint
